The weekly bed sheets change and the weekly cleaning for stays of 2 or more weeks is included. For stays of minimum 7 nights the rate includes the final cleaning of the apartment.

Bed linen is provided by the Residence, while you can choose to rent towels on the spot or bring your own.

Children under 3 years stay free of charge, there is an extra to pay if you require a cot (5,00 euros per night). The maximum number of cots allowed in the apartment is one. Cots are available on request, subject to confirmation by the Residence. There are no extra beds available.

All the Residence apartments are non-smoking

The Residence Borgo del Belanasc has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, available from May to September, with sun beds and beach umbrellas. You will be able to enjoy the stunning view on Como lake and to relax at the swimming pool border

Borgo del Belanasc accepts the above mentioned credit cards and reserves the right to pre-authorization before your arrival.

Upon check-in a breakage deposit of EUR 300 is required. Upon check-out, the whole breakage deposit is returned on condition that the apartment is not damaged. ;
The conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment policies depend on the apartment type selected.
